Cooking time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
• 10 dried pitted dates
• 1 tbsp chia seeds
• 4 tbsp pistachios
• 2 tbsp cocoa powder
• 1 tbsp liquid stevia
Cooking process:
- In a blender, lay out 2 tablespoons of pistachios, grind until uniformity. Lay out mass on a plate.
- Add in the blender the remaining pistachios, dates, chia, cocoa. Grind until uniformity. If necessary, add a couple tablespoons of water.
- Make 10 candies with wet hands. Dip in sweetener and roll in shredded pistachios.
