Protesters and wannabe Guy Fawkeses head to Parliament Square, where they can harangue whichever bunch of jokers are ensconced in the Houses of Parliament. Get away from tourists at the tiny St. Stephen’s Tavern, or grab a classy cocktail at The Cinnamon Club. If you must shop, head to Victoria Street.
