Ingredients:
2 medium onions, chopped or one large onion
1 large handful kale I use 3 large leafs of lacinto kale
6 stalks celery, chopped
5 cloves garlic, chopped
Thumb-sized piece of ginger
1 tsp sea salt
Spices to taste
10 cups pure waters
Optional herbs and spices:
1 tsp herbs de provence rosemary, sage, other similar herbs work well
A few shakes of cayenne to boost the heat
1/4 tsp turmeric
Fresh cracked black pepper helps the turmeric absorb better
