The good deed and the bad deed are not alike.
Repel the evil deed with one that is better, and then the one who was at enmity with you (will become) a good friend.
But no one will attain this except those who patiently endure; and no one will attain this except one who is truly fortunate. (al-Qur’an 41:34-35)
