Jeff Davidson served nine years as a full-time management consul tant for firms in Connecticut and Washington, D.C. At age 30, he obtained the Certified Manage ment Consultant designation (CMC) as bestowed by the Insti tute of Management Consultants, the world’s premier certifying organization for management consultants. Jeff headed scores of projects involving marketing and management, as well as others in finance, production, light manufacturing, wholesaling, and professional services, directing teams rang ing from two to eight people with budgetary responsibilities up to $490,000.
Since his years in management consulting, Jeff has man aged another type of project—writing books. He is the au thor of 68 books and 32 ghostwritten books, as well as many booklets, guides, and special reports. These publication proj ects range from one month to 18 months in duration, in volving numerous researchers, editors, and subject matter experts. Project tasks include interviewing, researching, co pyediting, obtaining permissions, and assisting publishers with marketing and promotion.
Jeff’s books have been selected by book clubs 41 times; translated into 19 languages, including Arabic, Chinese, Finnish Japanese, Malay, Spanish, Turkish, and Russian; and sold in foreign countries or territories a total of 151 times. His books are the basis for several audio albums, videos, and online training programs. They have been featured in 68 of the top 75 American newspapers and, in two instances, ad vertised in Time magazine and the Wall Street Journal.

Jeff has spoken to Fortune 50 companies such as IBM, Cardinal Health Group, and Lockheed; and to American Express, Na tional Office Furniture, Wells Fargo, and Westinghouse; and in total has spoken professionally more than 900 times.
