Parsley, sage, rosemary, and thyme make a pretty good song as well as an all-purpose rub for pork, turkey, and chicken. I also sprinkle it on sautéed veggies, scrambled eggs, grilled potatoes, the outside of baked potatoes, grilled asparagus—you name it.

Takes 10 minutes
Put everything in a blender or food processor and pulse for a few seconds until you have a coarse powder.
