Cowboy Java Rub

Legend has it that cowboys on the trail would rub their steaks with coffee grounds for added flavor. It works!

Makes about 2½ tablespoons, enough for about 6 ribeye steaks

Takes about 2 minutes

• 1 tablespoon brown sugar
• 1 tablespoon ground coffee
• ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon crushed black peppercorns

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
