PROFESSOR GREG BLONDER, PH.D., is the science advisor to AmazingRibs.com. He has a Ph.D. in physics from Harvard University. He has served as chief technical advisor at AT&T’s Bell Labs, holds more than eighty patents, and is a professor of design and manufacturing at Boston University. His love of food, especially barbecue, brought him to culinary science research.
