In Sight of the Mountain is a work of historical fiction. Names, characters, places, and incidents are the product of the author’s wild imagination, or are used fictitiously. Any resemblance to actual persons, events, or locales is pure coincidence. Which, by the way, is not a term to be confused with ironic. People do that way too often.
