Cooking Day
Cut bell peppers, onion, and zucchini into 1 inch chunks; place in medium bowl. Add mushrooms to bowl, along with garlic. Pour Italian dressing over vegetables, stir, and place in freezer bag. Freeze, using freezer bag method.
Serving Day
Place vegetables in grilling basket and grill over medium heat, stirring frequently, just until heated through (approx. 5–8 minutes). Serve as a complement to almost any meal.
