1 lb. bacon, fried, drained, and cut into bite-size pieces 3 lbs 6 lbs 9 lbs
9 eggs, slightly beaten 27 54 81
3 cups milk 9c 18c 27c
1 t. salt 1T 2T 3T
½ t. dry mustard 1½t 1T 4½t
3 slices fresh bread, cubed 9 18 27
1½ cups cheddar cheese, grated 4½c 9c 13½c

Original Recipe Yield

8–10 servings

Cooking Day

Mix all ingredients together and place in freezer bag. Freeze, using freezer bag method.

Serving Day

Thaw completely. Place mixture in a greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until golden brown.
