Bacon and Egg Strata
Bonnie makes this every Easter for Sunday brunch

1 lb. bacon, fried, drained, and cut into bite-size pieces | 3 lbs | 6 lbs | 9 lbs |
9 eggs, slightly beaten | 27 | 54 | 81 |

½ t. dry mustard | 1½t | 1T | 4½t |
3 slices fresh bread, cubed | 9 | 18 | 27 |
1½ cups cheddar cheese, grated | 4½c | 9c | 13½c |
Original Recipe Yield
8–10 servings
Cooking Day
Mix all ingredients together and place in freezer bag. Freeze, using freezer bag method.
Serving Day
Thaw completely. Place mixture in a greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until golden brown.
