Hello everyone,
Because I tend to natter on when I write the dedication and acknowledgement pages, I don’t usually include an author’s note. But I love to keep in touch with my readers so I’m taking this opportunity and will try to keep it short. (That’s not my strong suit!)
I hope you’ll continue to enjoy my Witch and Demon Hunter series. I am really loving writing this series. When readers tell me my stories evoke their emotions, it is such an amazing compliment. Fiona and Lorcan have even made me laugh and sometimes cry in this series. Early reviews have been fantastic and a few ARC readers who’ve read all my other books say this is their favorite series so far.
I’m also having lots of fun bringing one couple from The Irish Witch and Witches of Time series in to each story to assist Lorcan and Fiona in their time-travel mysteries. My hope is that anyone who hasn’t read the previous series will be interested in meeting these characters, and that readers who know and love them, will be happy to be reunited and updated on what’s happened in their lives since we last saw them.
Here’s the publishing schedule for the Witch and Demon Hunter series:
Book One – Dark Irish Demon – February 29, 2024 (Leap year, so that’s cool!)
Book Two – Highland Dark Magic – April 2024
Book Three – Dark Knight’s Kiss – June 2024
Book Four – Ghost Ship’s Dark Spell – September 2024
Book Five – Druids’ Dark Curse – January 2025
I’ve just submitted book three to my editor this week. I’m giving my eyes and my brain a few days’ rest and then I’ll begin book four. I really don’t know what to do with myself if I’m not writing and my characters are rather demanding at about three-thirty to four am when they keep flitting through my mind wanting their stories told. I usually have characters from a couple of new series ideas popping in just to keep things interesting. Lol
Until next time. Thank you for your all support. You can always check out my website at: leighannedwards.com
I do plan to start a regular blog. I have been so focused on writing my stories, I’ve been terrible at keeping that up.
Blessings and Magical Wishes,
Leigh Ann
