Flavors

When you first start out, you should stick with established recipes then use your experiences and those of your customers to branch out into other flavors. If possible consider adding some unique and local flavors that will attract people and give you something the competition doesn't have. You should also set out an array of flavors and allow potential customers to try samples. This can not only lead to new sales but will allow you to get feedback on flavors so you know where to focus your efforts.
