Labeling Requirements

NDIVIDUALS are allowed to make jams, jellies, and pickles in their home kitchens and sell them as long as they meet certain conditions regarding the labeling, who makes and sells them and where they are sold. Jams, jellies, and pickles made in a home kitchen need to be sold by the manufacturer directly to the consumer. This doesn't include taking an order and shipping to the customer. I'll discuss more about the sale requirements and aspect later. For now, let's look at the labeling requirements.
