Jams, jellies, and pickles made in a home kitchen and sold at a local market need to have the following on the label:
Name and address of the person making the product.
Common name of the food.
Name of all ingredients.
Net weight of the product in metric and English units.
A statement that the product hasn't been inspected by the local or federal government. See your local regulations for the specific wording that needs to be included.
Everything on the label needs to be in English.
