If you’re a busy person like most adults with careers and families, it is far too difficult to maintain strict dietary conditions that cancel out entire food categories, especially over time. Unless you have health concerns, you should occasionally feed that craving for shrimp and grits, or floral rice, or fried chicken and mashed potatoes. One helping (not two), the appropriate size for one adult (not three) should be enjoyed without guilt. Simply put, keep everything in moderation and you will be just fine.
