Be patient. Patience is an absolutely key poker requirement. No matter what game you’re playing, you will go for long periods of time without getting a playable hand. You must be prepared for this, and resist at all costs the temptation to play a sub-standard hand on the grounds that it’s the best one you’ve seen for an hour.
