½ lemon, peeled
1 (1-inch) piece fresh ginger, peeled and grated
½ cucumber, peeled
1 small handful of fresh cilantro
1 small handful of fresh parsley
1 cup coconut water or filtered water
Liquid organic stevia (optional)
Handful of ice (optional)
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and puree for 45 to 60 seconds.
