Dreams may be difficult to find during your first year after divorce. You’ll spend more time recovering than dreaming, but start thinking toward this important part of your healing. Make time to dream and create new goals for yourself. Write them down along with any challenges you are facing.

Have you written down your dreams? Now begin to pencil in some ideas, some specific actions, to turn them into reality. Don’t be afraid to make your thoughts bold. Everything great begins with an idea, and then the success depends on the actions taken toward them.
