Quick and Delicious Banana Bread

Original recipe yields
4 small loaves or 1 large loaf
Cooking day instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs and beat. Add bananas and vanilla and beat. Sift together dry ingredients and add gradually to banana mixture, mixing well. Blend in nuts, if desired. Pour into greased and floured loaf pan (pour dough until pan is half full). Bake for 45–50 minutes for a large loaf or 25–30 minutes for small loaves, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Freeze, using instructions for baked goods.
Serving day instructions
Remove loaf from freezer bag and allow to thaw at room temperature until served.
