FRUIT PROTEIN SMOOTHIE

Great postworkout breakfast. Sneak in some spinach for extra nutrients!

Ingredients:

1 cup lite vanilla soy milk

1 medium banana (frozen is fine, too)

1 cup frozen mixed berries

14 cup loosely packed baby spinach

1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.

2. Blend well.
