The Lord your God is with you.
He is a hero who saves you.

The believer should never think that God is not involved or paying attention to her life. When you believe, you know that he is always present, and not only present but totally interested in and concerned with your well-being. His Word confirms his love for you. Even if your doubt and distraction help you to miss the truth, it’s still true that if you’re far from him, he’s not the one who walked away—you are. God God.
If your God can’t save you, then he isn’t God. If you doubt his ability or desire to take care of you and love you, then you are doubting his very being. As a God Girl you have to believe that God is concerned with your life and cares about you. Even when your world looks horrific, your soul is never lost, and your heart shouldn’t be either.
Remember all that he’s done. Rehearse it over and over in your head. Read his thoughts and his plans for you in his Word. When you do you can make his Word a part of the way you think and therefore a part of how you feel as well. Don’t forget your first love. When you come back to basics and let the cares of this world fade into the background, you’ll find everything you need by just trusting in the God of the Bible no matter what the world looks like around you. Don’t look anywhere else for him when he’s right here calling you near. Trust that his Word is true and his intentions are holy, and you’ll find more hope and peace than you ever thought possible.
