Acknowledgments
Like every writer out there, I have a huge list of ‘thank yous’ to make. From friends and family to the team at Entangled that worked tirelessly on the edit, I’m incredibly grateful for the sheer amount of external support and effort that went into this book.
Tripwrecked was written when the world was flipped on its head, and in some ways it still is. I wanted to write something that could just as easily be read curled up on the couch as it could sprawled out on a sun lounger in tropical weather. A story that, when I wrote it, I wasn’t stuck in my house in Ireland in the middle of winter—rather on the sunny shores of Canlaroy, hearing about this great love story between Finn and Aiden.
And if you end up there too while reading this, then that means I’ve done this book justice.
Thank you to my editor Alexander for your endless patience on this and sharing your Australian-isms, which hilariously overlapped the Irish-isms a lot. Thank you to my housemates (my partner, our dog, and our best friend) that have put up with so many of my plot-related ramblings with love and an appropriate level of hype. To my parents, who might not be into LGBTQIA+ rom coms, but still read every single one I come out with.
