Although The Whole30 features more than 100 delicious and totally compliant recipes, it’s more than just a cookbook—it’s a complete Whole30 handbook, start to finish, including planning and preparation tips, an extensive FAQ, and Whole30 kitchen basics. If you’re loving the recipes in The Whole30 Slow Cooker but want a game plan to help you maximize your Whole30 success, The Whole30 is all you’ll need.

However, there are other cookbooks that feature delicious, Whole30-compliant recipes or Whole30-friendly recipes that could easily be adapted for compliance. You’ll still need to be on the lookout for noncompliant ingredients, however, and save the baked goods, desserts, and treats sections for life after your Whole30.
