Sauces, spreads, and condiments can make or break any health program. No one wants to eat boring, dry food, and by making a few simple swaps, you don’t have to. Great health is about abundance, not deprivation. We have no intention of eating a diet that makes us suffer, and we don’t expect you to either. These recipes are party favorites and kid approved (including the big kid that sleeps next to you). With a little creativity, your family won’t even realize you’ve hijacked their garbage food until they are healthy and vibrant. By then they will be happy about it.
