Salads

Today I will do what others won’t, so tomorrow I can accomplish what others can’t.

Salads are a favorite in our home. We love eating foods of many colors: berries, veggies, pomegranate, grapefruit, and dark greens. We usually add a little avocado or a few nuts and top it off with a simple vinaigrette dressing. We’re so full by the time we finish the salad that we consume much less of the “main course.” In fact, in our home the “main course” is the salad and the veggies. The protein is the “side.”
