Did you know that Nanaimo Bars are a Canadian treat? I know! You’d think everyone in the world would be eating them because they’re so fantastic! But no, they were created in the city of Nanaimo in BC. Dear residents of Nanaimo. On behalf of Canada, I would like to say, “We love you.”

Did you know that Canada is the world’s largest country, if you don’t count Russia as the first? If you do, then Canada is the world’s second largest country. That’s probably a more accurate way to say it. Yes, Canada is the second largest country in the world.

Did you know that it is believed that no CSIS agent has every fired a bullet in service to Canada? That’s obviously not because they are afraid to, but because no one dares mess with a Canadian spy! CSIS spies just show up on the scene, and the bad guys surrender! Go Canada!

Did you know that the Beaver is Canada’s national animal? They can stay underwater for up to 15 minutes. That makes them the perfect spies.

Did you know that our Canadian flag with the two red stripes and the red Maple leaf became our flag on February 15, 1965?

Did you know that there are over 50 indigenous languages spoken in Canada?
