Low in calories and saturated fats, but high in essential fats and other nutrients, shrimp are a healthy staple and an excellent source of selenium and protein.
6 tablespoons ketchup
6 tablespoons Heinz® Chili Sauce
6 tablespoons prepared horseradish
4 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 teaspoons hot sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 dozen cold cooked large shrimp, deveined, peeled, and with tails
Lemon wedges, for garnish
Combine the sauce ingredients in a small bowl, taste, season if necessary, then cover and chill for 2 hours before serving. Spoon into martini glasses, then decorate the rims of the glasses with fresh shrimp. Garnish with lemon wedges.
