MAKES 2 CUPS

3 Hass avocados, peeled, pitted, and diced

1 small tomato, diced

½ small red onion, diced

1 garlic clove, minced

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro

Juice of one fresh lime

2 teaspoons hot sauce

Salt and freshly ground pepper

Blend all ingredients in a bowl. Taste and season more if desired.
