¾ cup chopped pineapple (fresh or canned)
1 large organic cucumber, skin left on
1 small apple, cored and peeled

½ cup fresh mint leaves, stems removed
1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
Combine all the ingredients in a juicer and serve.
