Orange-Grapefruit Juice

While all grapefruits contain vitamin C and folate, pink and red grapefruits are excellent sources of carotenoids as well.

3 oranges

1 pink grapefruit

Lightly roll the fruit on the counter, then cut each in half. Use a citrus reamer or hand juicer to squeeze into a container. Stir and pour into glasses.
