Idris Mootee is an authority in strategic innovation and applied design thinking in business strategy who has a long history of providing top executives with board-level strategic counsel and innovation guidance. Idris is currently the chief executive officer (CEO) of Idea Couture, a global strategic innovation firm with offices in London, San Francisco, Shanghai, Toronto, Mexico City, and Dubai, where he advises clients in different sectors to design innovation process, identify their highest-value innovation opportunities, and develop innovation capabilities. He designed and taught the Design Thinking for Business Innovation Executive Education Program at the Harvard Graduate School of Design and is a visiting professor at a number of business and design schools internationally. Idris speaks frequently at the world’s most prestigious management conferences, and is a regular contributor to major media outlets.
