红醋调味酱
Red Vinegar Dipping Sauce
Makes 225 ml (7¾ FL OZ /1 cup)
125 ml (4 fl oz/½ cup) red rice vinegar
3 tablespoons shredded ginger
Combine the rice vinegar, 2½ tablespoons water and the ginger in a small bowl, then divide among individual dipping bowls. This dipping sauce goes well with jiaozi.
