Thomas Wedell-Wedellsborg has spent the last decade studying the practical aspects of innovation and problem solving in the workplace. His research has been featured in Harvard Business Review, the Sunday Times, the Telegraph, the BBC, Bloomberg Businessweek, and the Financial Times. With Paddy Miller, he coauthored Innovation as Usual (Harvard Business Review Press, 2013) on the art of leading innovation.
As a speaker and executive adviser, Wedell-Wedellsborg has shared and refined his reframing method with clients all over the world, including Cisco, Microsoft, Citigroup, Time Warner, AbbVie, Caterpillar, Amgen, Prudential, Union Pacific, Credit Suisse, Deloitte, the Wall Street Journal, and the United Nations.
Prior to his current career, Wedell-Wedellsborg served as an officer with the Danish Royal Guards. He holds an MBA from IESE Business School and an MA from the University of Copenhagen. Originally from Denmark, he lives in New York and travels globally for speaking engagements.
