QUICK PREP TIP: CHEESECLOTH BUNDLES

To make cheesecloth bundle, place vegetables in center of large, double-layered sheet of cheesecloth. Bring four corners of cheesecloth over vegetables and tie together to form loose bundle. Place bundle over steaks.
