GLUTEN AND DAIRY FREE, THESE SENSATIONAL SPICED NUTS ARE QUICK AND EASY TO MAKE AND GREAT FOR A HEALTHY SNACK.
ingredients
½ in cup Brazil nuts
½ cup pecans
½ cup cashew nuts
3 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
1 tablespoon sunflower oil
1½ tablespoons honey
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon ground allspice
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
½ teaspoon sweet paprika
¼ teaspoon salt
1 Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 275°F.
2 Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, except for half a tablespoon of the honey, and then spread out onto the prepared baking sheet.
3 Place onto the middle shelf of the oven and cook for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and drizzle the remaining honey over the nuts. Let cool, then serve. These snacking nuts can be stored in an airtight container for up to a week.
