Ingredients:
½ cup quinoa flour
½ cup oats
¼ cup flax meal
¼ cup wheat germ
¼ cup chopped almonds
¼ cup dried apricots
¼ cup dried figs
¼ cup honey
2 tbsp. cornstarch
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F.
2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
3. Spread mixture in a half an inch-thick layer in a parchment-lined sheet pan and bake for 20 minutes.
4. Let cool and cut.
