Honey Glazed Purple Carrots

Ingredients:
-         1lb. purple carrots, scrubbed
-         ¾ cup orange juice
-         2 tablespoons acacia honey
-         2 teaspoons orange zest
-         1 sprig mint
-         1 teaspoon cumin
-         Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
  1. Preheat your sous Vide to 185F.
  2. Combine all ingredients into a Sous Vide bag.
  3. Vacuum seal the bag and submerge carrots in the heated water.
  4. Cook the carrots 45 minutes.
Finishing steps:
  1. Remove the bag from the Sous Vide appliance.
  2. Open and serve warm.
