Honey Glazed Purple Carrots

Ingredients:

1lb. purple carrots, scrubbed

¾ cup orange juice

2 tablespoons acacia honey

2 teaspoons orange zest
-
1 sprig mint
-
1 teaspoon cumin

Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:

Preheat your sous Vide to 185F.

Combine all ingredients into a Sous Vide bag.

Vacuum seal the bag and submerge carrots in the heated water.

Cook the carrots 45 minutes.
Finishing steps:

Remove the bag from the Sous Vide appliance.

Open and serve warm.
