Sage Infused Turkey

Ingredients:

2 turkey legs and thighs, with bone and skin

1 lemon, sliced

10 sage leaves
-
4 cloves garlic, halved

Salt, to taste

1 teaspoon black peppercorns
Directions:

Preheat Sous Vide water bath to 148F.

Season the turkey with salt and place in a Sous Vide bag.

Add the lemon slices, sage, garlic, and peppercorns.

Vacuum seal the bag and cook the turkey 12 hours.
Finishing steps:

Remove the turkey from the bag and pat dry.

Heat non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear the turkey until golden-brown.

Serve warm.
