Garlic Peppercorn Oil

Ingredients:

1 cup olive oil

3 cloves garlic, peeled

10 green peppercorns
Directions:
- Set the Sous Vide cooker to 131F.
- Combine the oil and garlic into Sous Vide bag.
- Seal the bag using water immersion technique.
- Submerge the bag into a water bath and cook 3 hours.
Finishing steps:
- Remove the bag from the cooker.
- Strain the oil into a clean jar.
- Store in the fridge for one month.
