Spiced Frozen Yogurt

Ingredients:
-         4 cups milk
-         3 tablespoons yogurt
-         ½ cup light honey
-         ¼ cup fine sugar
-         1 teaspoon vanilla paste
-         ½ teaspoon cinnamon
-         ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
Directions:
  1. Preheat your Sous Vide cooker to 115F.
  2. Heat the milk in a saucepan, until it reaches 180F. Insert a candy thermometer to see the precise temperature.
  3. Pour the milk into a canning jar and chill until reaches 120F.
  4. Stir in the yogurt, vanilla, and spices.
  5. Seal the jar with lid (not too tightly) and cook 24 hours.
Finishing steps:
  1. Remove the jar from the cooker.
  2. Allow cooling completely.
  3. Churn the yogurt in ice cream machine according to manufacturer directions.
  4. Serve with fresh fruits.
