Ingredients:

4 cups milk

3 tablespoons yogurt

½ cup light honey

¼ cup fine sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla paste

½ teaspoon cinnamon

¼ teaspoon nutmeg
Directions:
- Preheat your Sous Vide cooker to 115F.
- Heat the milk in a saucepan, until it reaches 180F. Insert a candy thermometer to see the precise temperature.
- Pour the milk into a canning jar and chill until reaches 120F.
- Stir in the yogurt, vanilla, and spices.
- Seal the jar with lid (not too tightly) and cook 24 hours.
Finishing steps:
- Remove the jar from the cooker.
- Allow cooling completely.
- Churn the yogurt in ice cream machine according to manufacturer directions.
- Serve with fresh fruits.
