4 thick slices sourdough or country-style bread • 200g cream cheese
200g strawberries, hulled and sliced • ground cinnamon, for sprinkling

Toast the bread. Meanwhile, beat the cream cheese to loosen. Spread thickly on the hot toast, top with strawberry slices and sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve immediately.
