Cacao Snack Balls


Calling all chocolate and nut lovers, these balls are for you! When I need to get my chocolate fix, this is my go-to recipe. Mix these guys up and just keep in your fridge for when you need a pick-me-up – grab one and watch your energy soar.

80g (heaping ⅔ cup) cashews

80g (scant ⅔ cup) walnut halves

4 tablespoons raw cacao powder, plus extra for dusting

4 tablespoons coconut oil

2 tablespoons honey

2 teaspoons chia seeds

2 teaspoons flaxseed (linseed)

Makes 10–12

Blitz everything together in a food processor or blender. Transfer to a bowl and use your hands to roll the mixture into 10–12 balls. Dust with cacao powder and refrigerate, ready to grab when you need a boost!
