THE S.W.A.T. WORKOUT
In a SWAT workout, there are three phases of workouts for the police recruit preparing for the fitness test and police academy, the police officer applying for a SWAT Team (FBI SWAT specific), and the Active Duty SWAT Team officer staying SWAT Team fit.
