Savoury Sausages

SERVES 6
2 eggs, beaten
600 ml milk
250 g (12/3 cups) plain flour
500 g cooked pork or beef sausages, skinned and sliced
Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease a 1.5 litre (6 cup) capacity baking dish.
Whisk the eggs and milk together in a bowl. Add the flour, whisking constantly until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
Pour the batter into the baking dish and place sausages in the batter. Bake for 45 minutes, or until puffy and golden. Serve hot.
