¼ cup low-fat mayonnaise
2 tablespoons + 2 teaspoons fat-free half-and-half
1 teaspoon white vinegar
IN a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise and half-and-half. Whisk until smooth. Add the vinegar. Whisk until smooth. Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for up to 3 days.
