DAIRY QUEEN BLIZZARD CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE DOUGH

¼ cup packed brown sugar

2 tablespoons granulated sugar

5 tablespoons light butter from a stick, softened

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

½ teaspoon salt

¾ cup unbleached flour

2 tablespoons + 2 teaspoons mini semisweet chocolate morsels

IN a mixing bowl, combine the brown sugar, granulated sugar, and butter. Using electric beaters or a wooden spoon, mix until smooth. Stir in the vanilla and salt. Add the flour. Mix or stir until no flour is visible. Stir in the chips.

With a measuring spoon, scoop out level ¼ teaspoonfuls. Place the balls in a single layer in a small plastic container lined with waxed paper. Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
