POPEYES TARTAR SAUCE

¼ cup low-fat mayonnaise

2 tablespoons dill pickle relish, finely chopped

1 teaspoon dill pickle juice

¼ teaspoon dehydrated finely chopped onion

18 teaspoon onion powder

18 teaspoon sugar

Pinch of salt

IN a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, relish, pickle juice, onion, onion powder, sugar, and salt. Stir to blend well. Place in an airtight container. Refrigerate for up to 1 month.
