SUBWAY CHIPOTLE SOUTHWEST SAUCE

¼ cup + 2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise

½ tablespoon mild picante sauce

½ tablespoon sugar

½ tablespoon apple cider vinegar

½ teaspoon ground chipotle chile pepper

½ teaspoon dried parsley

IN a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, picante sauce, sugar, vinegar, chipotle chile pepper, and parsley. Stir to mix well. Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for up to 1 month.
