BLIMPIE PEPPERCORN SAUCE

¼ cup low-fat mayonnaise

1 tablespoon fat-free milk

2 teaspoons low-fat buttermilk

2 teaspoons reduced-fat grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon white vinegar

18 teaspoon ground black pepper

IN a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, fat-free milk, buttermilk, cheese, vinegar, and pepper. Whisk to blend well. Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for up to 3 days.
